Here are some starter links to organizations promoting science education here in Washington State.

- Eureka Lodge sponsors and volunteers with the Washington State Science and Engineering Fair (WSSEF), which convenes each spring in Bremerton, Washington. The fair is open to all students (public, private, parochial, or home-schooled) grades 1-12 in the state of Washington and is affiliated with the International Science and Engineering Fair.

- Science Education Partnership (SEP) is a professional development program for secondary school science teachers in Washington State sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

- Washington State Leadership and Assistance for Science Education Reform (LASER) assists school districts with implementing an ongoing, research-based science program, aligned with the Washington State Essential Academic Learning Requirements. Washington State LASER is part of the National Science Resource Center's (NSRC) LASER Center funded in part by the National Science Foundation (NSF). It is a partnership program that started in 1999 with the NSRC, the Washington State Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), Pacific Science Center and Educational Service Districts and lead school districts from across Washington State.
